Samsung has announced the rollout of One UI 6.1.1, bringing advanced Galaxy AI features to a wider range of devices. Starting in September, this update will extend AI capabilities previously exclusive to the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 to older models, including the Galaxy S24 series, S23 series, S23 FE, Z Fold5, Z Flip5, and Tab S9 series.

Interpreter: Now includes Listening Mode for one-way translation.

Chat Assist

Composer: Generates full messages based on keywords and personal style.

Suggested replies: Available on Galaxy S24 series when connected to Galaxy Watch7 or Galaxy Watch Ultra.

Productivity Boost

  • Note Assist: Offers translation, note summaries, and a new transcript feature.
  • PDF Overlay Translation: Translates text in PDF files, images, and graphs.
  • Sketch to Image: Generates image options based on simple sketches.
  • Circle to Search with Google: Now includes step-by-step instructions for complex math problems and a new Sound Search feature.

Creative Tools

  • Portrait Studio: Creates portraits in various styles like 3D cartoon or watercolor.
  • Instant Slow-mo: Allows users to slow down videos while maintaining image quality.
