vivo has just taken the wraps off Funtouch OS 15, the latest update to its UI which will run on top of Android 15. The rollout has already begun for vivo X100 Pro and vivo X Fold3 Pro in a couple of regions including India and Indonesia.
Funtouch OS 15 – New Features and Updates
Funtouch OS 15 brings new features like AI Image Lab, S-Capture, and updates to Ultra Game Mode.
AI Image Lab allows you to erase objects from images and upscale photos from the Gallery app. Meanwhile, S-Capture lets you mark text while screen recording. It also allows you to toggle the microphone on and off during recordings.
Ultra Game Mode, on the other hand, now gives you the option to directly open apps in pop-up windows from the game mode sidebar.
The latest Funtouch OS 15 update also offers new icons and large folders in system themes and Immersive Wallpapers.
On the performance front, the latest update is said to have a 20% faster app startup response and memory compression improved by 40%.
In addition, if you use the vivo Call app, you can customize the call backgrounds. The company also brings Origin Animation from OriginOS to Funtouch OS 15. It brings smooth, non-linear animations and adds a blur to your wallpaper when opening and closing apps.

vivo also announced the roll-out schedule for its device eligible for Funtouch OS 15 Beta. Here’s a guide:
