The new driver brings new features and improvements necessary to cater to the needs of enterprise users: Stability, Security, and Performance.
Radeon Pro Software “One Driver” – A single driver that supports all graphics hardware needs: Radeon Pro, AMD FirePro, and Radeon. Version 17.Q2 will be available exclusively to enterprise customers, and anyone who wants to implement it will have to contact an AMD Sales Representative or fill in the corresponding request form.

Enhanced Performance – 34% improvement for enterprise professionals using VDI compared to version 17.Q1 in PTC, Creo, Medical, and Energy Workflows.
Using the version 17.Q2 driver and tested with SPECviewperf 12.1, the AMD FirePro S7150 x2 peforms up to 29% better than when using the previous version in the PTC Creo-01 viewset benchmark, up to 33% better in the medical 01 viewset benchmark, and up to 34% better in the energy-01 viewset benchmark.
