We have received an invite to an Acer event this Monday, September 11, for the launch of a yet unknown product. But rumor has it that it’s their new lineup of Ryzen-Based gaming desktops, the GX series.
Here’s one of them, the GX-281-UR17:

The price of this particular model is around $800, but of course, local pricing may vary due to taxes, etc.
We might also see other variants of this product with a Ryzen 7 1700/1700X processor and a GTX 1050Ti/1060/1070 or even an AMD RX480 GPU.
So what do you think? are these pre-made desktops worth the money? We’ll have to see and test them out come Monday, so stay tuned!
