The Cherry Mobile Flare S6 Plus is what you could call, the star in today’s launch, Primarily because of its looks. It’s the company’s first smartphone to feature an 18:9 display.

Its 5.7-inch 18:9 TrueView HD Plus display shows thinner bezels and more screen, which means more room for your content. It’s odd that this doesn’t have the same Full HD screen as the Selfie, which costs less by the way, but that’s probably to increase battery life. Under the hood is an octa-core MediaTek MT6750T processor, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, and a 3,000mAh battery.

The Cherry Mobile Flare S6 Plus will retail for PhP9,999, and is expected to be available in stores this November.
