Weeks after Cherry Mobile Titan was launched, another Pinoy Android Company launched a phone that boasts 5″ screen and other (super) noteworthy features – introducing MyPhone A919.

Mr.Jaime Alcantara, President and CEO of MyPhone, showed us this phone during the bloggers’ meeting in October. We were strictly informed not to blog about it yet until it’s finally launched. The day has come as MyPhone already launched today, October 16, the much awaited MyPhone A919.

One of the good things about this device, which I also see the reason why MyPhone priced this a bit more pricey than the Cherry Mobile Titan, is its IPS Capacitive screen. The latter will definitely not match against the A919. Plus, this phone sports an 8mp AF Camera with Dual LED flash.
On the looks department, this looks very much like the Samsung Galaxy S3 but without the physical home button. So, expect this phone to be really big. It doesn’t look so bad so you won’t be shy to show it to your friends. It’s fast and of course – our most favorite – very affordable. The MyPhone A919 only costs PhP7,999 and will be available next week.
We already contacted MyPhone for a review unit.
