As part of expanding its network of innovative concept stores, and reaching out to more consumers, PLDT has recently opened two more branches in SM North EDSA and SM Megamall.
Apart from standard customer transactions like line applications and bills payment, these new service hubs also feature one-of-a-kind interactive displays which can help customers choose which broadband plan to get by experiencing the actual speed differences using the broadband visualizer, which simulates data usage per plan.
There’s also the Swag Wall – an augmented reality display located just outside the store, so anyone passing by can take selfies with changing and interactive backgrounds.
Subscribers and visitors can also enjoy free video chat service inside these stores, and can also experience first hand, PLDT’s service offerings such as Home Fibr, DSL and Ultera with high-speed browsing, video streaming, gaming and social media surfing via the interactive screens.
“As we continue with nationwide ‘Fibrization’ to give more Filipinos access to world-class broadband and digital content, we are also hard at work in continuously giving our customers the best digital experiences outside the home,” “Our vision is to transform our service centers into concept stores, and bring this unique experience to as many subscribers as possible.” – PLDT FVP for Consumer Business Market Development Oscar A. Reyes, Jr.
The new PLDT Concept Stores are located at the fourth floor, Cyberzone in Building B of SM Megamall, and at the third floor of SM City North EDSA Annex.
