Earlier today, Eastern Communications and Marriot Manila celebrated their partnership with afternoon tea at the hotel’s Still Tea and Whisky Bar.
During the event, Mariott Manila General Manager Bruce Winston gave due recognition to the comapny for providing fast and reliable connection to its guests, as the hotel’s connectivity partner.
Catherine Muynila, Eastern Communications’ Head of Marketing also talked about their newest products and services tailored for Hotels and Restaurants, emphasizing the company’s expertise in the Hospitality Industry.
These products include their Internet Direct Service or IDS – a premium Internet service with a 1:1 connection ratio. Utilizing the company’s fully redundant fiber optic network, IDS offers the kind of connectivity that’s needed by companies with round the clock, and critical transactions.
ISDN PRI on the other hand, is a voice service that lets customers utilize multiple voice channels using a single phone line. This service is more suited for companies which cater to high voice traffic such as contact centers.
These products are part of Eastern Communications’ vision of offering customers with its unique kind of “high tech and high touch” service. High Tech means providing products and services that are at par with other telecommunications companies, while High Touch refers to customized solutions for clients, making sure that whatever they get fits their needs.
