Apart from the P20 and P20 Pro, Huawei also announced an even more premium variant of the Mate 10, The Porsche Design Mate RS.
This new device pays tribute to the automotive legend, with its double-sided glass body, along with its custom-built interface. The Porsche Design Mate RS features a 6-inch 18:9 QHD+ OLED FullView display, and is powered by the Kirin 970 NPU with AI capabilities, along with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
The device is equipped with the same triple camera system found on the P20 Pro, composed of a 40MP RGB sensor, a 20MP Monochrome Camera, and an 8MP Tertiary Snapper with a Telephoto Lens. The camera is capable of recording 960 fps super slow motion and 4K videos. A 24MP sensor is in charge of selfies.
The Porsche Design Mate RS also features an in display fingerprint sensor, in addition to the rear one. It runs on EMUI 8.1 on top of Android 8.1 Oreo and packs a 4,000mAh battery with Huawei SuperCharge Technology.
