Razer has finally introduced the second iteration of its own gaming smartphone. The Razer Phone 2 aims to deliver outstanding performance with improvements in many aspects over the previous version.
The Razer Phone 2 boasts an IP67 certification for water and dust resistance, and a 5.7″ IGZO LCD display with UltraMotion Technology for improved brightness and zero stutters or lags. Under the hood is a Snapdragon 845, along with 8GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage, expandable with a microSD card.
At the back of the device are two 12MP cameras – one telephoto, and one wide angle. It has PDAF, and can record 4K videos. The 8MP front snapper is also capable of recording 1080p clips.
It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo, and packs a 4,000mAh battery. Other features include wireless-charging, QuickCharge 4.0+, dual front firing speakers, Dolby Atmos, and Vapor Chamber Cooling, which lets the phone to run at optimal performance even for long hours of gaming.
The Razer Phone 2 will retail for USD 799.99 or around PhP 43,000.
