Following its launch in India, the realme 3 Pro has finally arrived in the Philippines, and aims to take the throne as the value for money king in the mid-range category.
The realme 3 Pro boasts a number of notable bumps from its non-pro sibling, which includes a more powerful processor, more capable cameras, and fast-charging, among other features.
The device has a 6.3-inch FHD+ display protected by Gorilla Glass 5 and gives the device a 90.8% screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood is a Snapdragon 710 AIE, backed by up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage, expandable with a microSD card.
The realme 3 Pro’s 16MP main camera uses a Sony IMX519 sensor, augmented by a 5MP depth sensing shooter. The camera is capable of taking handheld low light shots via the Nightscape Mode, has Chroma Boost, and can record 960fps slow mo videos at 720p. Up front, the 25MP AI-assisted camera features AI Beautification and AI Face Unlock.
It comes with ColorOS 6 on top of Android 9 Pie, and packs a 4,045mAh battery that supports VOOC 3.0 Fast-Charging.
Pricing and Availability
The realme 3 Pro is priced at PhP12,990 for the 4GB + 64GB variant, and PhP14,990 for the 6GB + 128GB variant. Pre-Order is available until May 24, while claiming of units is from May 25 to 26, 2019. You can also avail the unit via Home Credit’s Zero Interest 6-month installment plan. It comes in three colors – Lightning Purple, Nitro Blue, and Carbon Grey.
