Samsung Unveils Galaxy A50s and A30s

Samsung has just unveiled two new additions to its A-series. The Galaxy A50s and A30s benefit from a short but significant list of upgrades.

Galaxy A50s packs a triple-camera system that uses a new 48MP f/2.0 main shooter, along with the old 5MP depth sensor and 8MP ultrawide camera. The selfie camera has also been upgraded from 25MP to 32MP.

It also boasts a new look for its back panel in the form of triangular patterns along with a holographic effect, and comes in four new colors (with catchy names) – Prism Crush Black, Prism Crush White, Prism Crush Green and Prism Crush Violet.

Everything else is the same as the regular A50 – a 6.4-inch FHD+ Infinity-U Super AMOLED display, an Exynos 9610, up to 6GB of RAM, and a 4,000mAh battery with 15W fast-charging.

Galaxy A30s on the other hand, also benefits from a new design and a bump a new 25MP main shooter, plus an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 5MP depth sensor. Samsung has done away with its rear-mounted fingerprint scanner in favor of an in-display solution.

You get a 6.4-inch HD+ Infinity-V Super AMOLED display, an Exynos 7904, up to 4GB of RAM, and a 4,000mAh battery with 15W fast-charging.

Pricing for both devices is yet to be announced.
