On the second day of our Singapore visit with HUAWEI, the company held a tech + lifestyle event in the form of a fashion show, where talented models showcased its new lineup of wearables.
The event was filled with fun and exciting activities. There was a photo booth in which you can have your most creative shot taken with a bunch of DSLRs.
The experiential zone showcased the new wearables, which include the HUAWEI Band 4, HUAWEI Watch GT 2, the HUAWEI x Gentle Monster Eyewear which boasts a ton of innovations, and the new FreeBuds 3 with ANC.
HUAWEI x Gentle Monster Eyewear
More than just your typical eyeglasses, the HUAWEI x Gentle Monster Eyewear is a digital assistant which aids your on-the-go lifestyle. It comes in 3 types of optical glasses and 2 types of sunglasses, and is also IP67 rated for water and dust resistance.
The device packs dual speakers, intelligent noise reduction, and is the first to feature contactless charging via NFC, when used with its charging case.
Battery life is rated at up to 20 hours in stanby mode, 2.5 hours music playback, and 2.5 hours of voice calls.
FreeBuds 3
The HUAWEI FreeBuds 3 uses a Dolphin Bionic design for better comfort, and is powered by the Kirin A1 chip, world’s 1st certified BT/BLE dual-mode Bluetooth 5.1 SoC designed to deliver fast and stable connectivity via Bluetooth.
It also features a built-in bone sensor for better voice pick up, Ultra Low-Latency and High-Synchronization for your videos and games, studio quality sound thanks to its 14mm dynamic driver, and Active Noise Cancellation that optimizes itself in real-time, so you can enjoy your music uninterrupted.
FreeBuds 3 can deliver up to 4 hours of battery life in a single charge and a total of 20 hours when used with its charging case, which also supports wireless charging.
At the time of this writing, we’re still confirming if the FreeBuds 3 and the Eyewear will make it to PH.
