Qualcomm Announces Snapdragon 720G, 662, and 460

Qualcomm has just unveiled three new chipsets for entry-level and mid-range devices – Snapdragon 720G, Snapdragon 662, and Snapdragon 460.

The Snapdragon 720G is said to bring many of the Elite Gaming features of the 765G. Some of these include support for dynamic color range, high-quality synchronized sound with Qualcomm aptX Adaptive, and HDR.

The Snapdragon 662, on the other hand, will bring triple-camera support. This a first for a Qualcomm 6-series chipset.

Lastly, the Snapdragon 460 might be the entry-level chipset but brings more performance than other 4-series SoCs.

Kedar Kondap from the Qualcomm product management team confirmed that the three new chipsets will be providing gaming experience at a more affordable price.

According to the report, senior executives from companies like Xiaomi and Realme have confirmed that they will be working closely with the chipmaker to introduce phones with the three new chipsets.
