OPPO recently opened its largest and grandest experience store at Ayala Malls Manila Bay. Located at the 4th level, the Super Store boasts an area of 286 square meters, and is the culmination of the brand’s efforts to deliver improved customer service experience to its customers in the Philippines.
The store’s wide space is part of a strategic design that highlight the brand’s own line of Internet of Things products.
Design-wise, the store takes inspiration from OPPO’s super flagship stores in Singapore, Thailand, and China. The interior features an expansive mirror ceiling that enhances the lighting effect and overall feel.
There’s also a lounge area equipped with VOOC Flash Charging outlets where customers can chill out and stay connected while waiting for their turn at the customer care section.
Another highlight of the opening is the OPPO Service Center 3.0, which features a minimal, yet sophisticated ambiance with improved service experience for repairs, consultations, and centralized care services. The newest service center offers a more transparent program in which customers can observe while their smartphone is being repaired.
The grand debut was filled with games, raffles, freebies, and a store tour by local YouTube sensation, Mimiyuuuh!
