Realme’s European division confirmed its “1st Global Launch” at the Mobile World Congress 2020. The first launch could very well be the company’s first 5G device which is also expected to be its next flagship.

The tweet from Realme Europe simply mentioned: “Where to host realme 1st Global Launch” along with a geographical location. Upon a quick Google Maps search, it leads to Barcelona, Spain, the home of MWC 2020.
It is expected to be the latest member of the X-series powered by the latest Qualcomm chipset. Realme X50 Pro is what the new device is rumored to be named. This, of course, if true, will be an upgrade to the Realme X50 which already packs the Snapdragon 765G.

The company has recently posted a tweet confirming that it will also unveil a 5G device at the convention later this month.
It is highly likely that we see just one device pack the latest Qualcomm chipset and support 5G but we wouldn’t mind seeing two devices launched at the event.
