Apple’s AirPods Pro has been well-received, thanks to numerous improvements in almost every aspect, from design to active noise cancelling, and more.
Recently, rumors have surfaced that the giant is now working on a more budget-friendly version. If true, it would mean that they’ll have on offering on all price segments. It will also most likely be stripped of some features you’ll find on the premium models.
Speaking of price, it’s expected to come in between the AirPods 2 and the AirPods Pro.
The new model will supposedly be supplied by Taiwan’s Universal Scientific Industrial, and will utilize a system-in-package chip construction.
As for launch date, the new budget AirPods Pro will most likely become official around mid year.
What are your thoughts on this? should they call it AirPods… Lite? How much should they charge for it? what features do you want to see in it?
