Xiaomi recently announced a new budget device. The Redmi 9 boasts the Helio G80 SoC, a quad rear camera system, and a hefty 5,020mAh battery.
The device sports a 6.53-inch 1080p+ LCD protected by Gorilla Glass 3. It has 3GB/4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of storage, expandable with a microSD card.
At the back, there’s a 13MP main shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide unit, a 5MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. Upfront, you get an 8MP fixed focus snapper.
Redmi 9 runs MIUI 12 on top of Android 10 and features 18W fast-charging, Bluetooth 5.0, and NFC (market dependent). It comes in three colors – Gray, Green, and Purple.
