Samsung recently launched a new Live Shop Assist Service to provide one-on-one shopping assistance for consumers via live streaming
The service aims to reduce the time spent inside physical stores browsing through products and instead let customers make choices on how to make their homes better in the comfort of their own homes. Consumers will now be able to get the support they need when buying their latest gadgets, TVs, and home appliances, just like shopping in-store.
One of the biggest advantages of this service is getting product expert consultations where consumers can ask detailed questions and get immediate feedback on queries that include product specifications.
As customers want to see and feel the products before buying, product demonstrations will also be available as a service. They’ll no longer need to rely solely on product images and specifications.
The Live Shop Assist Service lets consumers opt to get assistance here. They can choose a product group (mobile, TVs, digital appliances, etc.), start their consultation via livestream video call, chat, or voice chat.
It gives customers assurance of a personalized and complete in-store shopping experience right in the comfort of their homes.
