ASUS recently announced a refresh of its popular ZenBook 14, which now runs on Intel’s 11th Gen Core i5 processor and NVIDIA’s new GeForce MX450 GPU.
ZenBook 14 (UX435EA/EG) boasts a 14″ FHD anti-glare display with 72% NTSC coverage and 2.6mm thin side bezels for an immersive viewing experience. It’s powered by an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor along with 8GB of 4266 MHz LPDDR4x RAM and a 512GB/1TB PCIe NVMe 3.0×2 M.2 SSD for storage.
Connectivity-wise, you get Intel Wi-Fi 6 with Gig+ performance and Bluetooth 5.0. There’s also an IR webcam with Windows Hello support, and the new and improved ScreenPad, an interactive secondary 5.65-inch color touchscreen bolstered with ScreenXpert 2.0, offering a more intuitive design.
ScreenXpert 2.0 is supported by a series of handy ASUS utility apps along with an array of quick controls to help enhance productivity, as well as the Link to MyASUS feature, so you can make phone calls directly via ScreenPad by pairing it with a smartphone.
For ports, it’s got two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports with ASUS USB-C Easy Charge, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, a standard HDMI 2.0 port, a microSD card reader, and an audio jack.
