Qualcomm has just announced the Snapdragon 750G. The latest 5G chipset with AI-powered noise suppression and support for 120fps gaming. It is a successor to the Snapdragon 730G.
The Snapdragon 750G has an octa-core Kryo 570 processor at 2.22GHz which offers 20% more performance than its predecessor. The 750G also supports up to 4K HDR10 video (with HLG) and 4K HDR with bokeh.
The new chipset also packs an Adreno 619 GPU which is 10% faster than the GPU in the 730G. The Adreno 619 supports 120Hz displays up to 1080p+ and packs Game Color Plus and Adreno HDR Fast Blend for HDR10 graphic rendering.
The 750G has an X52 modem which is also seen on Snapdragon 765 chips. The modem has mmWave 5G which can hit download speeds of 3.7 Gbps. In addition, Sub-6 GHz is also available.
The AI hardware delivers up to 4.0 TOPS, 20% more than the previous chip. This is used with Qualcomm Aqstic Echo Cancellation and Noise Suppression (ACNS) technology. This technology works even with just a single mic. It can remove sounds like a baby crying or mute sirens and jackhammers.
The noise cancellation should come in handy especially in the pandemic with everyone relying on video calls for meetings or classes. The audio processing system also boosts whisper-level input.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G will be available at the end of the year with Xiaomi being the first to feature the new 5G chip.

He would then transition to focus more on the world of tech which has also began his journey into learning more about this world. That said though, he still has the mentality of "as long as it works" for his personal gadgets.
