According to reports, Intel has received a license to work with Huawei. Nothing has been officially announced yet but if it is true, they join Microsoft and possibly AMD to work with the Chinese company.
Huawei is still currently in the US Entity List but it looks like more companies are getting a license to deal with the company or are currently waiting for a license. Among these companies waiting is Qualcomm which Huawei has confirmed.
Like Intel, AMD hasn’t confirmed the status but it has received licenses to deal with some companies in the Entity List.
Either way, it looks like Huawei will get options assuming Qualcomm gets their license. It looks like there’s light at the end of the tunnel for Huawei after all.
