It’s been a while since we’ve seen Samsung talk about a budget device, so news of its new entry-level device, Galaxy A01 Core‘s arrival is certainly welcome.
The device has a 5.3-inch HD+ Infinity Display and runs on an MT6739WW quad-core SoC along with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage, expandable with a microSD card. There’s also 4G connectivity.
For optics, you get a single 8MP snapper at the rear and a 5MP unit upfront. It runs Android GO (based on Android 10) and packs a 3,000mAh battery.
Samsung Galaxy A01 Core is now available nationwide. There’s two colors – Black and Red, and the price tag is only PhP3,990.
