Xiaomi has just unveiled the Redmi K30S which is pretty much a rebranded Mi 10T for markets with stronger Redmi brand recognition.
Redmi K30S has the same 6.67-inch FHD+ display as the Mi 10T. Yes, 144Hz refresh rate in tow. The same 20MP front camera can also be found in the punch hole in the display. The phone is protected by Gorilla Glass 5 in both the display and the back.
At the back, it features the same triple camera setup with a 64MP main, 13MP ultra-wide, and 5MP macro lens. The Redmi K30S is also powered by the Qualcomm 865 chipset but is coupled with 8GB RAM and either 128GB or 256GB internal storage.
It packs a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support via USB-C. The new device has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and will run on MIUI 12 based on Android 10 out of the box.
The Xiaomi Redmi K30S will be offered in Black or Silver for CNY 2,599 for the 8GB/128GB variant and CNY 2,799 for double the storage.
