Lenovo has just added more high-performance gaming options to its roster of Lenovo Legion PCs – Lenovo Legion 7 and Legion 5 in 15-inch and 17-inch options.
This is in addition to the Legion 5 Pro, Legion Slim 7, and all the products the company has unveiled so far at CES 2021.
The new Lenovo Legion laptops use AI to auto-enable seamless gaming. They have also crafted with Lenovo Legion Coldfront 3.0 thermals for improved airflow of up to 18% compared to their predecessor. The gaming laptops also feature Lenovo Legion TrueStrike giving the keyboard a more mechanical feel which comes with optional RGB backlighting.
Lenovo Legion 7
Lenovo Legion Legion 7 is the company’s new gaming flagship with a taller 16-inch QHD IPS panel with 100% sRGB color gamut, and a 16:10 aspect ratio. The display offers optional VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification and up to 500 nits of brightness and 165Hz refresh rate.
The laptop also supports Dolby Vision coupled with NVIDIA G-Sync for better image quality.
The Legion 7 is powered by up to an AMD Ryzen 9 5900H processor and an 80WHr cell that is rated to last up to 8 hours. The battery also supports Rapid Charge Boost.

Lenovo Legion 5
The Lenovo Legion 5, on the other hand, is a cleaner gaming laptop with a more minimalist chassis and comes either 15-inches or 17-inches.
The 17.3-inch variant is offered in Phantom Blue with white backlighting. It offers up to a Full HD IPS display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The 15-inch option comes in Phantom Blue with optional 4-Zone RGB effects or Stingray White with blue backlighting. It comes with a 15.6-inch Full HD IPS display with up to 165Hz refresh rate and 100% sRGB color clarity.
Both options of the Legion 5 are powered with up to AMD Ryzen 7 5800H mobile processor and up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX series laptop GPU.

Price and Availability
The Lenovo Legion 7 will be priced starting at USD 1669.99 and is expected to be available in the US starting June 2021. The Lenovo Legion 5 in either screen size variant will retail starting at USD 769.99 and expected to be available in the US starting March 2021.
