TCL announced three budget phones in addition to a 7-inch tablet under its Alcatel brand at CES 2021. The three smartphones are powered by a MediaTek Helio A25 SoC, packs multi-cameras, and waterdrop notch displays. They also run Android 11 out of the box.
Alcatel 3L (2021)
The Alcatel 3L features a 6.52-inch LCD with FHD+ resolution with an 8MP front camera. In addition to the Helio A25, it’s got 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage expandable via a microSD card.
At the rear, you’ll find a fingerprint sensor and a triple camera setup composed of a 48MP primary sensor, a pair of 2MP units for macro and depth. The 3L packs a 4000mAh battery and supports 10W fast charging via a micro USB port.
Alcatel 1S (2021)
The Alcatel 1S, on the other hand, has the same 6.52-inch LCD but only at HD+ resolution plus a 5MP front camera. Under the hood, it has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, along with a 4000mAh battery pack.
At the rear, it has a 13MP main sensor alongside two 2MP sensors (macro and depth).
Alcatel 1L (2021)
The Alcatel 1L has the smallest display of the bunch at 6.1-inches at HD+ resolution. Same as the 1S.
It has a dual-camera setup with a 13MP main shooter paired with a 2MP unit. An Helio A25 is at the helm, along with 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, and a 3000mAh battery.
Alcatel 1T 7 Wi-Fi
Last is the 7-inch tablet – the Alcatel 1T 7 Wi-Fi. The company has yet to announce the rest of its specifications. It’s however, being marketed as a family-oriented device and will boot with Android 10 (Go Edition) with Kids mode available.
Pricing and availability
The Alcatel 3L, Alcatel 1S, and Alcatel 1L are available in black and blue color options. The Alcatel 3L and A1L are expected to hit the markets in March, while the Alcatel 1S will be available in February.

The Alcatel 1T 7 Wi-Fi is available in green and black later this month and priced at EUR 59 for 16GB of storage and EUR 69 for the 32GB model.
