Xiaomi has debuted the newest addition to its MIX series – the new MIX 4 marks the first smartphone for the brand equipped with an Under Display Camera, apart from flagship hardware.
MIX 4 sports a 6.67-inch AMOLED display that’s protected by Gorilla Glass Victus, and houses the 20MP unit, bolstered with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Apart from using a new type of flexible display and redesigned circuit array to for maximum transparency, Xiaomi also made use of a micro-diamond pixel pattern in combination with specific algorithms to minimize light refraction.
Underneath the shell, the device runs on a Snapdragon 888+ SoC, along with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. At the back, you get a 108MP ISOCELL HMX main sensor with OIS, an 8MP periscope unit with 5x optical zoom, and a 13MP ultra-wide lens. Mi Mix 4 packs a 4,500mAh battery with support for 120W wired and 50W wireless fast-charging.
Another key feature of the Xiaomi MIX 4 is its Always-on Ultra Wide Band which allows users to simply point the phone and instantly connect to any compatible Xiaomi AIoT device.

It will be initially sold in China, with international availability to be announced at a later date. MIX 4 is priced starting at CNY4,999, with the most beefed-up model (12GB+512GB) retailing for CNY6,299.
