As one of the emerging markets in the Southeast Asian region, the Philippines is foreseen as a promising place of investments for many businesses. This also catches the eye of many cyber criminals and terrorist groups. In fact, the country is the 10th most attacked country globally, according to a recent report by FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). Despite these threats, 60% of enterprises in the Philippines are reported as not adequately equipped with the cybersecurity infrastructures that are fit for today’s digital ecosystem.
