After 2 months of using Apple’s most significant device since the iPhone, the Apple iPad, I can attest without a doubt that it has really set a new standard in mobile productivity and entertainment. It’s a true-blue game changer, which just recently – although not entirely because of it – “buried” its main competitor products – the Microsoft Courier and HP Slate.

After a month of absence, I’m back with fangs and loads of news and tips to share! First off, the debut of the iPhone 4. It was stunning especially with its (highly debatable) retina display, Face Time video chat and increased battery life. This is, by far, the best device ever announced after the iPad this year. Yup, call me Apple-fan-junkie but I’m just really amazed with Apple’s way of introducing their product. Just recently, Microsoft announce several products too – Microsoft Kin One and Two, the new Xbox 360 250gb Slim, and Microsoft Kinect (the rebranded name of Project Natal). Microsoft Kin Series phones are Microsoft’s way of connecting to the B and C market by capturing their mindset in the phones’ integrated Facebook and Twitter applications. The announcement of the new Xbox 360 250gb Slim in the recent E3 was also a big thing! Its slimmer (duh!) and…

Last January, Steve Jobs announced the Apple Ipad and its availability in April. As expected, those who watched his keynote had the usual Apple-Made-Me Smile-Again experience. (Here’s a link to my blog last January in case you haven’t read it yet.) April 3 came, and indeed, 500,000 bought it immediately, making it one of Apple’s bestselling devices in History. Several weeks later, I had the chance to have one and I’m writting this blog to share my almost-Nirvana experience while getting it out of its box.

Apple really never fails to amaze me each time they announce or launch a new product, especially when Steve Jobs is the one presenting. There is no doubt that Apple and Steve Jobs make the best lethal combination of telling everyone, “Hey, we’ve got something new!”. However, with their recent product launch this morning (in the US), they may have amazed me with HOW they launched their latest creation but have they amazed me with WHAT they launched? Let me share you my thoughts.

If the line on the demo is any indication, Biohazard RE: 2 is one of the most popular games in TGS 2018. It’s one of those games that, regardless of the time of day, the queue to the booth just won’t go shorter than 60 minutes. We decided to hold off trying our luck on the demo, maybe tomorrow’s line would be shorter. Demo or no demo, it’s still worth mentioning that the game, even in pictures is just a sight to behold. CAPCOM gave us access to screenshots of the game, and my goodness, what a fresh  coat of paint the game has over the 1998 Playstation and Nintendo 64 classic. Check them out and drool. And, this just in, here’s the story trailer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TuAM-b7m3iw Our Tokyo Game Show 2018 Coverage is brought to you by our brand partners: Huawei Mobile Philippines, PLDT Home Fibr, Smart and Cherry Mobile.
