Today, FUJIFILM is once again setting a new standard in lightweight and mirrorless cameras, with the launch of a new addition to its popular X-lineup, the X-T30. Fujifilm Philippines held an intimate launch event yesterday at the Podium in Ortigas, where they showcased the new X-T100, a small and light, yet feature-packed mirrorless camera that’s aimed at those who are starting to get into photography, and those who are into vlogging as well. The X-T100 boasts a number of nifty features – such as a three-way tilting LCD monitor, a high magnification (0.62x) electronic viewfinder, and a powerful battery that’s capable of 430 frames per charge. The camera only weighs 448 grams, and makes use of a retro-feel design with an anodized aluminium top cover. Under the hood is a 24.2MP APS-C size sensor that’s 14 times bigger than those found on an average smartphone. The X-H1 is the first camera from the brand’s X series to feature 5-axis in-body image stabilization (IBIS) along with a flicker reduction mode that improves the quality of indoor sports photography.
