Following the launch of its new P-Series Flagships, Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has just launched its own flagship into the global market. Say hello to the Honor 10, currently the most affordable handset powered by the Kirin 970 chip. Yes. You’ve read that right. The Honor 10 is equipped with the same processor that runs the P20 and P20 Pro. It has a 5.84 IPS LCD display with FHD+ resolution and also utilizes a notch to house the front camera and other sensors.. Like the P20, this one also has 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Due to the overwhelming demand for its debut smartphone in the Philippine market, the Honor 9 Lite, the brand has decided to hold a flash sale in leading e-commerce platform, Shopee on May 5, 2018, in which the device will be available for a special price of only PhP7,990, with pre-registration currently on-going. Huawei  hasjust announced the Honor 7A, an entry-level smartphone that boasts 18:9 display which retails for only CNY 800 ($130/€105) for the 2GB/32GB version and CNY 1,000 ($160/€130) for the 3GB/32GB version. The Honor 7A is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset. The good thing here is you’ll get Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box. It has a 5.7″ screen with 18:9 display ratio and 720 x 1,440px resolution. It also has a 3,000 mAh battery, though it’s not confirmed whether there’s fast charging. Its main camera is a combination of a 13 MP and a 2MP sensor for AI-assisted bokeh shots. The full specs of the upcoming Honor 9 Lite has just been unveiled, thanks to a listing at the Chinese certification agency, TENAA. According to the listing, the Honor 9 Lite will have 5.65-inch display with an 18:9 aspect ratio, at FHD+ resolution. Under the hood is a yet unidentified CPU, but the best guess is that it’s the Kirin 659, the same chip that powers the Nova 2i. It can have up to 4GB of RAM, and up to 64GB of storage, expandable with a microSD card. At an exclusive event in London, Huawei’s sub-brand Honor announced the arrival of its latest flagship in Europe. The Honor V10 was previously launched for the Chinese market last month, and it sports top tier specs such as an AI capable processor, and dual cameras. The Honor V10 features a 5.99-inch FHD+ display, and is powered by the Kirin 970 Neural Processing Unit. It also has 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and packs a 3,750mAh battery with SuperCharge Technology. Like the P and Mate series devices, the Honor V10’s forte is of course, in imaging. It starts with its dual rear cameras composed of 16MP + 20MP sensors equipped with AI technology seen on the Mate 10.
