At Apple’s launch event earlier this morning (local time), the company finally unveiled its newest lineup of iPhones. And though not much has changed on the outside, except for a new color and a larger variant, these new devices do offer notable upgrades inside. I know you’ve seen this in rumors already, but here they are anyway – Welcome the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max. Both the iPhone XS and XS Max feature IP68 certification for water and dust resistance, and boast Super Retina OLED Displays with FHD+ resolution – 5.8-inches on the XS, and 6.5-inches on the XS Max. These custom design screens also bring support for HDR 10 and Dolby Vision. Apple’s new iPhones are set to be unveiled this September 12. And as the day inches closer, more information about the new devices continue to surface online. The latest one is from a 9to5mac – allegedly a press render of the iPhone XS and its bigger sibling. Both will be offered in Gold, a color variant that was not available for the iPhone X. According to the source, there will be two variants, 5.8 and 6.5 inches. Both will have AMOLED displays, dual rear cameras, a new A12 chipset, 4GB of RAM, and up to 512GB of storage. There’s also talks about a third variant, which will have a 6.1-inch LCD screen, and only with a single rear camera. While all of this can be taken by a grain of salt, there’s only less than two weeks to go before the official launch. So stay tuned as we give you…

Heads-up, Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) players. The PES game you’re playing on your phone is going to get a major upgrade. For starters, the visuals will get a major overhaul and will be using Unreal Engine 4 – the same graphics engine used in triple A games for consoles and PCs.
