We’ve seen it in photos, its specs have been leaked over and over again, and just recently, realme’s flagship has finally been unveiled, showcasing quite an impressive specsheet. Realme X2 Pro has a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color space. Under the hood is a vapor chamber-cooled Snapdragon 855+, backed by 6GB, 8GB, or even 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.0 storage (64GB variant uses UFS 2.1). There’s no microSD card slot. The device has four cameras at the back, headed by a 64MP Samsung GW1 sensor with an aperture of f/1.8. It uses a Quad Bayer design for a 16MP output, though you’ll also be able to shoot at 64MP. Accompanying the main sensor is a 13MP 2x Telephoto lens, an 8MP ultra wide-angle shooter, and a 2MP depth sensor. Sadly, there’s…

Ahead of the launch of the Realme X2 Pro, we now see what the phone actually looks like after a hands-on of the device was leaked on Weibo. This is consistent with the photo previously spotted on Weibo of the Realme X2 Pro. On the rear, we see its four cameras setup in the middle of the phone, which makes it easier to differentiate with the base version. Branding sits horizontally just below the camera off the right side. The brand logo placement is quite unique and may matter to some people. Unsurprisingly, we also see a waterdrop notch on the front of the phone, which houses the selfie camera. Along with the phone itself, we also see the Realme Buds Wireless and a yellow 10,000mAh Realme Power Bank in the background. The Realme X2 Pro has been confirmed to have a Snapdragon 855+ chipset, a 64MP main camera, and…

The Realme X2 Pro is set to be unveiled on October 15 but the company has announced that along with its event in Spain, the phone will launch simultaneously in the Chinese market at a Beijing event. Ahead of the launch, an official image of the device was posted on Weibo by a company executive. Some of the specs of the Realme X2 Pro that were previously revealed include the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC and a 90Hz notched display. Since then, other specs including Dual Stereo Speakers with Dolby Atmos support, 50W SuperVOOC charging, and a 64MP-led quad-camera setup with a telephoto unit have surfaced. The Realme X2 Pro also appeared on TENAA revealing that it will have a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a fingerprint reader underneath the display and a 16MP selfie lens tucked in its notch. Joining the 64MP main camera is a 13MP telephoto sensor with…

Realme Chief Marketing Officer, Xu Qi Chase teased the Realme X2 Pro just as September came to a close. It is said to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC and packs a screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. After the teaser, the company’s Chief Product Officer chimed in on Weibo with a post that said “Here’s a little gift for National Day #X2Pro” with an image that shows a toggle between 60Hz and 90Hz for the device. With specs that equal some of the best phones in the market today, we can only hope and expect that it will also get the new fast-charging tech from the mother company, Oppo. One thing to look forward to is the price, as the brand has established itself for offering competitively-priced devices. With a flagship-level Snapdragon 855+ and 90Hz refresh rate on its display, can they still keep the price within…
