Following the unveiling of the Redmi Note 8 Pro, the device went on sale this week and has already sold over 300,000 units breaking Xiaomi’s record. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro, of course, is the first device with a 64MP main shooter. In comparison, its predecessor saw 100,000 phones sold on the first day even if they sold in under 10 minutes. The Redmi Note 8 Pro is truly a powerful device with a MediaTek Helio G90T chipset and 18W fast charging support on its 4,500mAh battery, all that for a CNY 1,399 (around PHP 10,160) price tag. This time, a Weibo post has confirmed that both will run on the new gaming-focused G90T chipset from MediaTek. Another image also confirms that at least one of the devices (or both) will sport a 64MP sensor for its main camera, possibly the Samsung ISOCELL GW1.
