The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S20 series is expected to boast 12GB of RAM across the three devices. This comes after the Galaxy S20 series was allegedly confirmed.
The Galaxy S10 series mostly packed 8GB RAM except for the Galaxy S10+ at 12GB and S10e at 6GB. This year, we won’t see an ‘e’ device. In addition, we have yet to see 16GB RAM on smartphones yet. Unless the company keeps the Galaxy S20 and S20+ with the same 8GB RAM as the S10 series, there’s not much else to go but 12GB.
The S20 devices are also expected to have a Snapdragon 865 or an Exynos 9830 in the helm.
The wait isn’t too long now though with the Samsung Galaxy S20 trio set to be unveiled at the Unpacked event on February 11 in San Francisco.
