For this year’s MWC, Lenovo has announced a new phone.. or tablet, well it looks like a phablet really. It’s called the V7, and it packs quite decent specs for a mid-range device, including a massive 5,180mAh battery. The Y7 has a 6.9-inch IPS display with FHD+ resolution, and runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450, along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, expandable with a microSD card. Evidently geared for entertainment, it also packs Dolby Audio-tuned front-facing stereo speakers. There’s no lack in niceties either. It has a fingerprint sensor at the back, along with a 13MP main camera. It even runs on Pie out of the box. The best thing, it’s properly priced, at just 249 Euros. Source

The Lenovo Z5 Pro GT has recently been spotted in benchmarking site, Geekbench, revealing its monstrous specs, including a hefty amount of RAM, well, it’s basically the world’s first with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM. Despite running on a Snapdragon 855, it scored noticeably lower than other devices with the same chipset, both for single and multi-core benchmarks. The Lenovo Z5 Pro GT has a 6.39-inch Samsung AMOLED display and boasts a 24MP + 16MP dual rear camera system with AI features. It packs a 3,350mAh battery and is priced at $398 for the 6GB + 128GB model, and $442, $501, and $649 for the 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB variants respectively. Source

This is also the perfect time for the reveal of the Snapdragon 855 which we may see at the end of the year. Rumor has it that the Samsung Galaxy S10 will also be powered by the Snapdragon 855 and may also be announced early next year. Earlier today, Lenovo Philippines launched its newest series of ThinkPads and Workstations, featuring the latest innovations that will help enhance productivity by delivering the agility and performance needed to support the evolving workplace. A total of five new ThinkPads were introduced during the launch – The ThinkPad L380, X280, E480, T480 and T480S. All feature touch fingerprint readers, IR cameras for added security, and are powered by 8th generation Intel core processors. In addition, all of the new models are equipped with USB Type-C ports for universal charging, and a new docking design that works with 12 to 15-inch ThinkPads. Lenovo is the latest manufacturer to join the full screen display race with the K320t, and judging by the specs, this one’s aimed at the budget segment. The K320t sports a 5.7-inch 18:9 HD+ display, and is powered by a quad-core Spreadtrum processor clocked at 1.3GHz. There’s also 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. Despite being a budget device, Lenovo has managed to equip the phone with a dual rear camera system consisting of an 8MP + 2MP sensor combination, along with an 8MP front camera. The device has also got the basics covered with a fingerprint sensor, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and 4G VoLTE. The Lenovo K320t packs a 3,000mAh battery and presumably runs on Android 7.1 Nougat. Earlier today, Lenovo Mobile Philippines took to Solaire Resort and Casino in Parañaque City, Philippines to unveil not one, not two, but three new Android phones, all falling under their world-famous Vibe series. The new phones are equipped with outstanding cameras and long-lasting battery life, supposedly enough to make you consider getting any one of the three of them for the upcoming Christmas season. The first handset announced, the star of the local launch show, is called the Lenovo Vibe S1. It’s billed as the first smartphone in the Philippines with a dual-selfie camera setup.
